This week’s drawing challenge with Keet (aka retch-a-sketch) was to draw people in person, and to colour them in a way that is uncomfortable for us. Here is their LOVELY DRAWINGS LOOK AT THAT HAIR!
For me, I have a hard time colouring on the computer (I know right? multimedia major), and drawing people in general that have to look like the people being drawn.
I don’t think I was AS successful as I’d hoped to be.
The first portrait is of Liz (a girl I like). I sketched it in person, and coloured in on the computer. I call it “Bright uncertainties”
The second portrait is of me just this morning after I realized I only had one portrait. I drew and coloured it on the computer. I call it “A portrait of the artist as a young wo(man)”
Also, these are apparently serious business faces.
